[NEWS] Jang Keun Suk will appear on NHK’s music program for the first time

Jang Keun Suk will sing his hit song on a Japanese TV music program for the first time.

On June 20, the Japanese newspaper Sankei Sports reported, “Jang Keun Suk will appear NHK’s popular music program Music Japan, which will air on July 1. He will sing ‘Crazy Crazy Crazy’ of his first Japanese album and have a talk time after that.”

Jang released his first Japanese album Just Crazy on May 30 and became the first foreign male solo artist who ranked first on the Oricon’s daily chart and weekly chart on the first day of its release.

[NEWS] What is the secret behind Jang Keun Suk taking over China?

Asia Prince Jang Keun Suk once again showed that he is a charismatic and lovable star by proving his power in China. He charmed China over the last few weeks and it looks like Asia Prince has made Chinese fans fall in love with him. He captured Chinese audience with his charisma and honest character.

Jang Keun Suk also guested in the most popular Chinese variety show Happy Camp. The Chinese Eels’ most expected this show. Many non-fans of Jang Keun Suk were also curious about this young man with an eccentric attitude towards life.

And when his show Happy Camp was screened on June 16th many were mesmerized by his performance. They fell for his cute,sexy,dorky and intelligent acts in the 90 min long show. It was reported that 350,000 fans watched this show online which was a major feat. After Weibo live interview Jang proved once again he can break records within a blink of an eye. He managed to capture China through world wide web not just once but twice within a very short interval.

And today the ratings for the Saturday’s show of Happy Camp was revealed. It secured an astounding 6.49 percent viewership rating to make it place first and even beating the Shanghai International Film Festival coverage which recorded a 2.54 percent viewership rating.

Thus Jang Keun Suk proved his power by soldering Chinese audience to their TV with his appearance in Happy Camp and even making them forget to watch a grand Film festival. He further proved his power by showing a huge increase in fan numbers. Following the episode’s broadcast, Jang Keun Suk’s Weibo account also saw an explosive increase in followers by some 500,000 followers.

Jang Keun Suk’s Baidu fan club also rose in popularity from third to first place while the number of searches on Weibo for ‘Jang Keun Suk’ rose by some 20.2 million and 1.4 million on Youku.com

He has indeed manged to make the Chinese fall for him hard and the Internet views and TV ratings prove just how far Asia Prince has come from a small 5 year old boy who won the local beauty pageant.

2012 marks Jang Keun Suk’s 20th year anniversary into the entertainment industry and his powerful career expansion this years is indeed an awesome way to celebrate it.

[News] Collaboration between Sennheiser & codes combine

A German audio manufacturer, Sennheiser with technical strength has led an earphone and headset industry. They announced that they’ll release limited special edition packages collaborated with codes combine including a headset, T-shirts and a CD of codes combine model, Jang Keun Suk. “Happy Camp” with JKS was over! It’s so funny that I never get tired of watching it. Well… I’m going to prepare for Japan…
쾌락대본영 장근석편 끝! 다시 봐도 재밌네- 자… 이제 일본 꺼 준비하자…

There were 600 audience on the set of “Happy Camp”. Among them, the number of eels were 50. But when JKS said “Pa Pa Pa Pa Pa Pa” to them, it gave me goose bumps! Everyone seemed to fall into his trap!

쾌락대본영 녹화 현장에는 방청객이 600명- 그 중 장어는 50명이라 했다- 근데… 빠빠빠빠빠, 할 땐 소름이! 다들 함정에 빠지셨나봄!
