On July 27, the Prince of Asia tweeted, “I love you, Mother… and I’m not entirely saying this because of this month’s credit card bills.”

Attached to the humorous tweet was a picture of Jang Keun Suk and his mother, looking quite young and fashionable. She wore a orange dress and black Converses on her feet.

Seeing his mother for the first time, netizens commented, “His mother’s fashion sense is nice,” “He looks like her,” and “Did Jang Keun Suk spend too much this month?”

Jang Geun Suk has revealed a picture of the Tokyo Dome Theater.

On July 20, Actor Jang Geun Suk wrote on his Twitter, “After experience the Tokyo Dome, this kind of arena is also in the palm of my hand,” and posted two pictures.

In a picture, Jang Geun Suk is seen standing alone the Tokyo arena. He also grabbed the attentions of internet users with the photo of himself practicing on the big screen of the arena.

[NEWS] Jang Keun Suk and YoonA Promote "Love Rain" in Japan

“Love Rain” lead stars Jang Geun Suk and YoonA officially began promotions of their drama in Japan. On July 25, the two actors met members of the Japanese press in a media conference in anticipation of the drama’s premiere on Fuji TV.

Jang Geun Suk and YoonA ushered in an auspicious beginning for the Japan broadcast of “Love Rain” with approximately 130 press personnel attending the news conference, including representatives from major media outlets across the country.

Prior to the media launch, Jang Geun Suk had already been generating attention in Japan by successfully holding the two-night Yokohama Arena leg of his “2012 Asia Tour – The CRI Show 2.”

According to reports in local news agencies, the reunion between the “Love Rain” couple was warm and pleasant. Reports further said that they displayed good rapport, and kept up conversation and laughter to create a light atmosphere in the press conference.

The romantic drama had already first made its way to Japan through cable channel KNTV in May. “Love Rain,” directed by Yoon Suk Ho, had already made waves then, and is expected to create renewed interest in old-fashioned romantic melodramas.

“Love Rain” is scheduled to air on Japan’s Fuji TV five times a week beginning August 6.

On the 24th Jang Keun Suk and Yoona were flooded with camera flashes at the drama "Love Rain" promotion press conference in Japan. Both actors took on two roles each in the drama: Jang Keun Suk as Seo In Ha and Seo Jun, and Yoona as Kim Yoon Hee and Jung Hannah.

Jang Keun Suk and Yoona were both seen greeting each other happily at the waiting room. The two of them carried the friendly atmosphere to the press conference, where their chemistry and playful comments brightened the mood.

Those at the press conference only elevated their expectations while seeing the two actors get along so well.

Jang Keun Suk and Yoona's "Love Rain" has already aired on one cable channel in japan, KNTV, in May. Their drama has been praised by Japanese directors as a lovely and sweet love story. Their next broadcast is in hopes to revive the hallyu drama wave in Japan yet again.

On the 25th the fifth episode will be aired through the FujiTV channel, as in BS Fuji, the first episode will air on August 6th.
