[NEWS] Girls Generation YoonA Gifts “Love Rain” Staff with Vitamins

It’s been belatedly revealed that Girls’ Generation’s YoonA presented the crew of her drama “Love Rain” with vitamins to express her gratitude. Several photos of YoonA handing out shopping bags full of vitamins were shared on various online communities.

According to the post, YoonA’s gift came with a card, which read, “Thank you really for all the hard work. I’m very grateful to every single staff member. Thank you for portraying Hana [YoonA] so beautifully. I had so much fun meeting such great people. Thank you for all of your time and hard work. Always take care of your health.”

Netizens commented, “First Jang Geun Suk, now YoonA. Everyone’s so considerate,” “They all look so close,” “Such a sweet angel,” and more.

“Love Rain” is a melo-love story set in two different periods – the 1970s and 2012. Jang Geun Suk and YoonA play Seo In Ha and Kim Yoon Hee, two college students who fall in love with each other in the 1970s; unfortunately, the two do not get their happily ever after. Fast forward to the present, Seo Joon, In Ha’s son (also played by Jang Geun Suk) meets and falls in love with Ha Na, Yoon Hee’s daughter (also played by YoonA). Jang Geun Suk’s 1970s Seo In Ha is a romantic arts student who is willing to lay down his life for the love of his life. His son Seo Joon, on the other hand, is a carefree photographer who enjoys a freewheeling lifestyle. YoonA’s 1970s Kim Yoon Hee is a pure, elegant “campus goddess,” while her daughter Ha Na is a bright and lovable character.

KBS ‘Love Rain’ Releases Breathtaking Photo Stills

The hot Monday-Tuesday KBS drama ‘Love Rain’ garnered attention for its movie-like quality and storyline approach, only to create the buzz before its release by its golden combo of director Yoon Seok Ho, and writer Oh Soo Yeon (famed for Winter Sonata and Autumn in my Heart melodrama that pulled millions of tears from fans around the world) and the quality sets standard to prove its beautiful and breathtaking scenes seen during the drama.

Actor and hallyu-wave leaders SNSD YoonA and Jang Geun-seuk who portrayed the two souls in love both in the 70s era and the modern day today captured not only because of their idol-popularity, but for their acting abilities and sensibilities to relish each moment of a ‘slow relationship’, where in the society today is rare. Apt for the ‘slow relationship’ story line is the mesmerizing shoot locations and perfect direction of scenes, KBS also has released sets of photos onto their Facebook album for the drama that freezes that moment of sadness,anxiousness, and love. [NEWS] Deep Affectionate Kiss of Jang Geun Suk & YoonA Shocked Audience

KBS drama “Love Rain” staged the soul kiss of Jang Geun Suk and YoonA.


In the final episode of KBS drama “Love Rain” broadcasted on May 29th, 2012, the passionate deep kiss of Seo Joon (Jang Geun Suk) and Jung Ha Na (YoonA) brought joy to the audience who is supporting the couple. In this episode, in order to receive treatment for eyes, and also because of supporting the love of Ha Na and Seo Joon, Ha Na’s mother goes to the United States. A year later, Ha Na who spent two months beside mother returns to South Korea.


Seo Joon said sweetly to Ha Na, “I miss you.” Although Ha Na is somewhat angry because Seo Joon didn’t fetch her at the airport, but they still kiss deeply.

The couple kiss deeply together, even is even more deep and affectionate than the previous 3-step fountain kiss.

[NEWS] YOONA REFLECTS ON HER TIME IN LOVE RAIN

Yoona, who starred in KBS 2TV’s Monday-Tuesday drama, “Love Rain”, (script by Oh Sooyeon, directed by Yoon Sukho), talked with Star News on May 30th through SM Entertainment. She said, “During ‘Love Rain’, I reflected on myself and considered it to be valuable time.”

Yoona continued, “It’s been a while since I was in a drama. ‘Love Rain’ is a drama that has allowed me to experience a lot of different emotions which I couldn’t feel before in my previous works. But above all, it was good to have time to reflect on myself once more.”

Yoona also mentioned, “I was even happier that I got to work with good actors and staff. I will try my best to grow and improve for everyone.”

She also said to the viewers, “Thank you so much to those who showed their support for ‘Love Rain’.” She told them, “Look forward to Yoona’s different image,” adding that, “She will become a more mature actress.”

The last episode of “Love Rain” aired on the May 29th, which brought a conclusion to the love story between Jang Geunsuk and Yoona’s characters, Seo Joon and Jung Hana.
