韩国《日刊体育报》调查30岁以下偶像投资现况，指出25岁的张根硕大胆投入房市，分别在首尔清潭洞及论岘洞购置投资用大楼及住宅，房产总市值直逼8000万人民币。而“JYJ”成员朴有天、金在中及歌手金贤重[微博]3人不约而同购入同样约1710万元人民币的首尔新屋，并列亚军；“JYJ”的金俊秀则购入约1026万元人民币的房产，位列第6名；“JYJ”全员都入榜，堪称是最“吸金”的偶像团体。事实上，朴有天、金在中及金俊秀因脱离“东方神起”，和老东家S.M经纪公司撕破脸，前年另组“JYJ”。他们在韩国虽遭前东家打压，无法以“JYJ”名义上电视表演，但各自接广告、拍戏及演舞台剧，比在“东方神起”时期赚得更多。
